TABLE AND NON-TABLE SHOWS
Find out if your show allows coolers and carry-ins or if you should leave the picnic supplies at home.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots usually open an hour before the scheduled gate time. Parking is $30 paid in person on the day of the show (card only). 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREA
Find it on Elliott Galloway Way past Gate 1 near the pool. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off or picking up and they’ll show you the way. For Ubers, taxis, and ride shares, head past gate 1 after the show.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY

Synovus Bank Amphitheater is a cash-free venue and can only accept credit or debit Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days only, so come on by and get tix to any of our shows.

THE MERCH
Score your merch at our Concert Gear booths by Gate 1 and Gate 4. For some events, you’ll find an extra booth over on the Gate 4 plaza.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
